- Attend to enquiries through the hotline, ensuring that all sales enquiries are handled promptly
- Identify sales opportunities for cross/up-selling of products
- Follow up on enquiries and promote direct business product activations
- Conduct outbound phone calls to policyholders to market products and services
- Generate direct sales through the internet, phone or fax
- Undertake any other duties or projects as assigned by the supervisor or Head of Section
Customer Service Officer (CSO) Responsibilities You will be part of an award-winning and hi-tech contact centre that handles all enquiries from various channels. You will provide excellent service and deliver solutions that exceed customers' expectations.
- Handle first level enquiries and transactions via phone, email, sms, fax, and VOIP
- Record all communication transpired into CRM system promptly
- Record activity type following each enquiry for statistics collation
- Generate leads by actively promoting organisation’s products
