JobDescription

GST - Global Service Desk X1

Responsibilities:

· Problem, and Service Request Management

· Provide workarounds and solution based on Service levelobjectives

· Ensure satisfactory customer services and prompt responsetimes to the requesters

· Provide technical support over phone, email and hands-on

Desktop Engineer X 1

Responsibilities:

User Support - Assisting users in troubleshooting daily systems issues on their PCs or laptops
Assisting users in performing technical support which includes troubleshooting and maintenance of desktop, laptop, servers, printers etc
Installation of software to desktops and laptops
Involved in PC deployment activities

Requirements:

· Diploma in Information technology or equivalent

· Minimum 2 - 3 years of working experience in providingend users IT support

· Strong knowledge in Microsoft based operating systems

· Good general knowledge in IT infrastructure such as LAN,WAN, Windows server, Active directory.

· Good communication and interpersonal skills

Otherinformation:

· Working location: Chinatown/other

· Working hours: Mondayto Friday，9.000am - 6.00pm
