Job Description: · Handle start to end order processing i.e. from order entry to invoicing; · Accounts & backlogs management, proactively update internal partners for alternative options whenever possible to mitigate escalation due to any shipment delays · Manage customer feedbacks and requirement · Assist in processing warranty claims · Work with Finance on AR issues & follow up when needed.
