1.     Responsible for bank and cash related business,conduct bank/cash account reconciliation, and handle daily receipts andpayments;

2.     Verify and post staff reimbursement. make sureall expenditures comply with the company policy and government regulatoryrequirements;

3.     Complete daily accounting processing and intercompanytransactions reconciliation, ensure the accuracy of accounting information and theeffectiveness of internal control;

4.     Prepare financial management reports and conductdata analysis; complete financial budget management and planning;

5.     Prepare financial reports and cooperate withaudit work;

6.     Possess certain tax knowledge and coordinate thework of tax service agencies,;

7.     Independently responsible for the company'sfinancial work in Singapore.

requirements:

2.     3 to 7 years accounting related experience;

3.     Financial experience in digital currency/cryptocurrencyindustry is preferred;

4.     Proficient oral and written communication skillsin English and Mandarin Chinese;

5.     Self-initiative, communication skill,improvisation skills, capability for teamwork.

·      Act as the primary local contactto support and advise business teams on general legal and regulatory matters;

·      Be responsible for drafting andreviewing business contracts, investment agreements, legal and corporate documents,internal processes and compliance policies, etc.;

·      Liaise and coordinate with externallegal counsels and advisers as required and supervise the overall projectmanagement;

·      Maintain up-to-date knowledgeof current regulatory and compliance developments and provide alerts and advicesto business teams on the latest legal issues and regulatory matters; and   Collaborate with internal legalteam members in other jurisdictions as needed.

·      Degree in law from a reputableeducation institution;

·      Qualification in Singapore ormajor common law jurisdictions;

·      3+ years of PQE, preferably incorporate, commercial or finance;

·      Strong business acumen and riskmanagement skills, ability to work proactively and independently, and excellentproblem solving skills;

·      Excellent command of writtenand spoken Chinese/Mandarin and English; and

·      Experience and/or knowledge inblockchain and cryptocurrency is a strong advantage.

Blockchain Backend R&D

Job description:

   1. Conducttechnical joint research and development with the world's top blockchainelectronic currency projects, including consensus algorithm, cryptographicalgorithm, network, storage, wallet and other modules.

   2. Develop andincubate ecological projects on top blockchain currencies, including Defi,GameFi, and Metaverse, and promote the prosperity and development of ecologicalcommunities.

Job requirements:

   1. Bachelor degreein computer software and other related majors, with more than 3 years ofworking experience.

   2. Be passionateabout the decentralized world, master the basic principles and related conceptsof Bitcoin, Ethereum and other platforms, and be familiar with the use of smartcontracts and wallets.

   3. Familiar withone or more of Golang, Rust, Java, C++ languages, familiar with common datastructures, algorithms, and basic knowledge of operating systems, databases,and networks.

   4. Active, seriousand responsible for work, clear and quick thinking, good communication skills,fast learning ability, strong sense of responsibility, strong initiative, goodteamwork spirit, able to adapt to certain pressure work.
