The Clinic Assistant’s Responsibilities include the following:
Assist customers with their queries.
Registration and scheduling of appointments for customers.
Dispensary of medicine and collection of payment.
Managing and maintaining clinic operations and inventory
The desired candidate should have the following qualities
Ability to converse in both Chinese and English is a plus
Customer-oriented with strong communication skills
Able to multi-task and work under minimum supervision
Able to work on weekends
