Key responsibilities and accountabilities: 1. To review new LC clauses to check whether any wrong items and communicate with sales persons if any. 2. To use SAP to maintain key information of LC. 3. To make sure the original documents are ok to send to banks. 4. To understand and share information to sales person if any discrepancy. 5. To prepare the CO accordingly if needed.6. To arrange the office daily issue. 职责目的：为了有效和准确地管理信用证(90%),行政相关(10%). 主要职责和责任: 1. 审核新的信用证条款,检查是否有任何不合理条款,并与销售人员沟通。2. 使用SAP来维护信用证的关键信息。3. 确保原始文件正确并寄到银行。4. 如果有任何不符点,要理解并与销售人员沟通信息. 工作地: Eu Tong Sen Street , The Central.
