Clinic Assistant Job Description
Salary
Monthly salary $2,000
13 month bonus
Role and responsibility
Support CM in clinic operations
Clinic operations
Registration of patients, triage and dispensing
Customer service for patients
Minor procedures like phlebotomy, vaccination
Opening and closing of clinic
Maintain stock of medications and clinic supplies through stocktake and ordering medications and supplies
Ensure cleanliness and general upkeep
Tally and deposit of cash at ATM
Collate lab results for doctors to review
Submissions of data to relevant authorities e.g. MOH, MOM, AIC
Support doctor in medical care of patients
Shifts:
7 shifts per week
5 hours per shift: includes 1 hour preparation and 4 hours of clinic opening hours
