well friend, certainly i understand we all have a budget to meet.

n we definitely cant come to a deal now, why not i bring u there n see the room personally n then u evaluate the rental with the living condition of the room. it takes only half a few minutes to see it right.

it is really nice, n to think if $3/day more can get a very comfortable living experience, y not? somemore, no owner, no agency fee, 3 minutes to sembawang mrt n shopping mall.
