The MOU between Singapore Polytechnic, BCA Academy and SIM University reflects the parties intentions to collaborate on the development and conduct of the BSc Facilities and Events Management programme(BFEM). The parties seek to identify and agree on making available of equipment and facilities for the teaching and research for the purposes of the programme, and source for potential industrial or academic partners with whom to collaborate for the purposes of developing the programme. The BFEM programme was then launched in July 2010.
