　　１：全家买Shield住院保单。
　　２：您和您的妻子买ＣＩ的Term保单，大约保到６５岁。
　　３：您本身买一个２０年的Term保单，保残障和性命，再买一份每月残障收入保单。
　　４：意外保险，可考虑大东方或ＡＩＡ的。
　　５：７０岁还可以买医疗保险，但超过７５就不行了。
　　６：小孩除医疗保险外，没必要买任何多余的；可以考虑用每月定投基金来做储蓄计划。

I got your email from one of my friends. I am writing to request NTUC’s insurance quotation for a HDB mortgage loan. The principle amount of the loan is S$448,000 and the term of the loan is 40 years.

Please provide your quotation based on that (i) only me (male, non-smoker) will repay the loan, and (ii) the term of the insurance is 40 years.
