受洗
亲爱的弟兄姊妹们，你若是听从我们主耶稣的教导，受洗固然与你有益；你若是不听从主耶稣的教导，你虽受洗也如没受洗的一样。如果那没受洗的人是按照主耶稣的教导生活，岂不是可以把他们看作是受洗的吗？他虽没受洗，却按照我们主耶稣基督的教导生活，那么他岂不要审判你这受了洗，却不服从主耶稣的人吗？
如果一个人只是作表面上的基督徒，那么他就不是真基督徒，他所受的也不过是外在身体上的洗礼罢了。惟有由内至外地作基督徒，才是真基督徒，他所受的是内心的洗礼，乃是透过圣灵，而非传统仪文。这等人所受称赞，不是出于人，乃是出于上帝。
Baptism
Dear Brothers n Sisters,
Baptism has value if you observe the teachings of our LORD JESUS, but if you disobey the teachings of JESUS, you have become as though you had not been baptized. If those who are not baptized live their lives according to the requirements of JESUS’ teachings, will they not be regarded as though they were baptized？The one who is not baptized and yet live according to the teachings of our LORD JESUS CHRIST will condemn you who, even though you have the baptism, are disobeying the teachings of JESUS.
A man is not a Christian if he is only one outwardly, nor is baptism merely outward and physical. No, a man is a Christian if he is one inwardly; and baptism is baptism of the heart, by the SPIRIT, not by the written code. Such a man’s praise is not from men, but from GOD.
