我向你陈明我的罪
我向你陈明我的罪，不隐瞒我的恶。我说：“我要向耶和华承认我的过犯，你就赦免我的罪”（诗篇32:5）
亲爱的弟兄姊妹们，认罪并悔改就是在灵上洁净我们的心，同时还使我们能够重新与上帝建立深厚的关系。而不认罪悔改必导致我们越来越软弱、沮丧，最终是苦不堪言。

Confession clears our
hearts spiritually and makes it possible for us once more to experience deep
fellowship with GOD. Unconfessed sin make us weak, discouraged, and ultimately
miserable.
