照顾好自己
祂就说，你们来同我暗暗地到旷野地方去歇一歇（马可福音6:31）
亲爱的弟兄姊妹们，虽然主耶稣和祂的门徒们做上帝的工作非常辛勤努力，但是他们并没有让自己到精疲力竭的地步。主耶稣要确定祂的门徒们懂得照顾好自己---不仅是灵命，还有身体。

them, Come ye yourselves apart into a desert place, and rest a
while.

Sisters,
JESUS and HIS disciples
worked hard, but they did not drive themselves to exhaustion. JESUS made sure
that HIS men took care of themselves, not only spiritually, but physically as
well.
