跪求 EPEC 问题 急！！

我13/08/2009申请的EPEC  2009年8月14日 MOM发邮件让我上传我的照片 护照 毕业证书  我也上传了（MOM邮件如下）

Dear ZHOUSHIZHI,
We have reviewed your application EPEC-2009-17273 submitted on 13/08/2009 for an Employment Pass Eligibility Certificate (EPEC).
Please provide a copy of your
(1)        Recent passport size colour photo taken within the last three months,
(2)        Passport particulars page,
(3)        BACHELOR'S DEGREE from NANJING UNIVERSITY OF SCIENCE & TECHNOLOGY
for us to continue with the processing of your EPEC.
Please follow the steps below to upload the document.
Step 1. Access EPEC system at https://epec.mom.gov.sg/epec/
Step 2. Log in to EPEC system using both your EPEC reference number and passport number.
Step 3. Upload the requested supporting documents.
Step 4. Click on "Upload" button.
If we do not receive the stipulated documents within 7 days from the date of this email, your EPEC application will be rejected.

可是2009年8月21日MOM回复我 说没有在规定的时间里递交相关证明  （如下）

我确认上传成功了啊 我点进去 可以看到我的图片
那我是不是格式不对吗？？还是怎么的？  我用的 是JPG格式 大小也在规定的范围之内啊

我当时打电话是因为我一直没有收到epec，他们又重新给我发了一次，不过我怕再丢，就跟他们预约，亲自去拿的，你也可以email这里问 [email protected]

我刚刚又点进去看了  额想既然说我没递交资料 那我点了注销（logout）  结果还在  我就更郁闷喽
  有没有办过EPEC的人路过 告诉我你们的经历  帮我分析下  我可能出现哪些问题

“““照片为当时的护照扫描件（就是有条形码的那个） 大小为37.97KB   MOM最大上限为60KB；；；  
“““护照为第一页扫描件                           大小为32.52KB   mom最大上限为100KB；；；
“““先上传了学士学位证书                         大小为138.17KB MOM最大上限为150KB；；；
最后上传的是我的毕业证书  很小 只有9.93KB
