没完成SPM的问题

我没读完SPM就出来新加坡找工了，请问我能申请到W/P吗？请帮帮我，我很需要。谢谢。

I never complete from5, I study until from2 and come out and find a job (malaysia Side)

I found the NTC2 (ITE) but dun have the course I want it, the course I want it is haircut.

Yup， try to get a NTC2 cert and the levy will become zero.
