关于pr预约

大家预约申请pr的时候都会看到以下这段话


Please Note:
Changes will have to be made 1  day  before the appointment date.                                                                                                                        
If you have either made 2   changes   to your appointment date/time or missed 2  appointments,   you will not be allowed to make further changes or any new appointment.

我的问题就是如果已经改过2次还是觉得时机不合适，是cancel掉还是miss掉。。。毕竟按ica的说法可以miss 2 appointments
