I already found a place and I'm shifting a few of my things on Thursday night. Jam wants to get his computer chair the one you are using in your room. So please leave it outside your room on Thursday Morning.

I will still be staying in our place until the end of the month. I'm just moving some of my things. And also I'm hiring 2 cleaners to clean the entire place on the 25th of October. We need to pay them S$100 as they will clean everything including the rooms and bathrooms. I will just deduct the S$50 from your deposit. and I'll give you S$700 on 30 October.
