ep结果是unable to process the application 什么意思？

刚好一个月，是这样的结果。
有人遇到过吗？

表示什么？拒了？还是要补充什么东西？

1. Select "Apply > Check Status - Application Outcome" or "Renew > Check Status - Renewal Outcome" on the left menu bar.

2. Enter a Search Criteria (e.g. FIN or Application No) and click "Retrieve".

3. From the Search Results, either select the radio button or click on the Name hyperlink.
