请问买转售组屋后是否在MOP时期内不可以进行新HDB的抽签

求证一个关于新组屋的政策，如果决定买二手组屋，是否在五年绑定期内不可以申请新组屋，就是连抽签的资格都没有。

如果这样的话，从买入二手组屋开始算起，到五年期之后才开始申请新组屋，到申请成功，然后等2年多之后新组屋建成，是否至少需要八年才能拿到钥匙？也可以理解为，现在买二手组屋的TX打算到8-10年后才能住进新组屋？

我所知道的，就和楼主写出来是一样的。真的是要8-10年后才能进新组屋。

1，不是SC的话，一辈子都住不进新组屋
2，是SC的话，家庭收入超过了的话，也是一辈子都住不进新组屋
3，对不少人来说，组屋下一步就直接公寓了。
4，对另一部分SC来说，权衡了新组屋的时间，位置，价钱。。他们选才择了resale

不是所有人都以新组屋为目标的，更多的是满足居住需求/收租罢了

好像不是吧，过去sc 买了resale的only 1yr mop，then bto still possible, untill  collect the key from bto, still have 6month to sale current hdb

Existing Owner or Ex-Owner of a Flat

You can apply for a flat if you, your spouse or any of the essential occupiers listed in the application is an existing owner or ex-owner of a:
• Flat bought directly from HDB; or
• DBSS flat from the developers; or
• Resale flat bought under the CPF Housing Grant Scheme

This is on condition that a 5-year period (excluding any period of subletting of the whole flat) has lapsed from the *date of taking possession of the flat to the date of application for a flat.
