请问买转售组屋后是否在MOP时期内不可以进行新HDB的抽签

求证一个关于新组屋的政策,如果决定买二手组屋,是否在五年绑定期内不可以申请新组屋,就是连抽签的资格都没有。
如果这样的话,从买入二手组屋开始算起,到五年期之后才开始申请新组屋,到申请成功,然后等2年多之后新组屋建成,是否至少需要八年才能拿到钥匙?也可以理解为,现在买二手组屋的TX打算到8-10年后才能住进新组屋?

1,不是SC的话,一辈子都住不进新组屋
2,是SC的话,家庭收入超过了的话,也是一辈子都住不进新组屋
3,对不少人来说,组屋下一步就直接公寓了。
4,对另一部分SC来说,权衡了新组屋的时间,位置,价钱。。他们选才择了resale
不是所有人都以新组屋为目标的,更多的是满足居住需求/收租罢了 |

好像不是吧,过去sc 买了resale的only 1yr mop,then bto still possible, untill collect the key from bto, still have 6month to sale current hdb |

Existing Owner or Ex-Owner of a Flat
You can apply for a flat if you, your spouse or any of the essential occupiers listed in the application is an existing owner or ex-owner of a:
• Flat bought directly from HDB; or
• DBSS flat from the developers; or
• Resale flat bought under the CPF Housing Grant Scheme
This is on condition that a 5-year period (excluding any period of subletting of the whole flat) has lapsed from the *date of taking possession of the flat to the date of application for a flat.

830政策之前买房的 , MOP 是3 年。
830政策之后买房的 , MOP 是5 年。
