啊？不是论坛里有位童鞋说拿钥匙的时候住满三年就可以吗？到底这个准确不准确呢？那样就悲催了。

AHG是不是一定要同时申请family grant或者另外个grant对吗?
那family grant只有买resale才有
所以买新的就拿不到对吗?那AHG也拿不到对吗?

呵呵， honey 妹妹又出现了， 我的曾今的5月BTO伙伴。
MM 别担心grant的事情， 你选房的时候officer看你和你老公的payslip ，你的家庭月入够资格拿AHG 的话， officer会给你表格填的， 是你的跑不了哦。

我下个月去选房子了,这次不会放弃了,上次那个只有2楼,这次应该有高楼了

Qn:
I found the key collection date of my target house(Punggol water way) is 2015, that means I will pass the criteria(MOP 3 years) at that moment.
A:
You need to have fulfilled the MOP of your current resale flat bought without the CPF housing Grant to take possession of the new flat you are buying from HDB.

呵呵， 看来我前面的回复是对的

LZ 对HDB回复的理解有误差。MOP是from the date of taking possession of the flat to the date of application for a flat.. 所以，你过了MOP之后才可以申请，并不是过了MOP就可以搬去新房啊。
