thx for your introduction, seems he got a little logic problem, anyway i dun like man to do the surgery, especially who try to make self look more mature than he really is (if the picture not fake, sure it's fake,  mature man will not play this kind of diao chong xiao ji de), hahahaha, I like original one, mature one, no trick)
