BTO Design Type 有standard 和 premium, 区别是什么？

主要区别：
PREMIUM 一般有：
1。落地窗
2。卧房木地板

还有一些有：
飘窗或阳台

其他就没有什么区别了，因为现在STANDARD 厨房，客厅和卫生间的地砖和瓷砖也都做了。

有些premium只是落地窗而已，连木地板都没有，都是瓷砖的
