海外房产转小孩名下，两PR买HDB，是否可行

国内房子实在不想卖，过户给父母又不保险，因为都有兄弟姐妹，不是家里唯一的孩子，怕有纠纷。
所以想过户给孩子，孩子未成年。
现在问题是，如果房子过户给了孩子，我们买HDB，孩子是不是occupier  listed in the resale application？
我看到HDB网站上这样讲：
However, you, your spouse and any occupiers listed in the resale application must  dispose of any interest in any private residential property within 6 months from the completion of the purchase of the resale flat.
我不想国内房子过户了，结果还是买不成。
有经验的达人，请指点一二。

你太想当然了，我咨询过国内在房产管理部门的朋友，太容易查了，特别是政府公函委托的。国内各城市房产信息没联网，不过你的出生城市，曾经工作过的城市，只需查这几点就行了，没有人在自己没关系的地方买房子吧？？
新加坡政府说了是抽查，真要靠运气的话估计也是很大可能查不到的，不过如果决定今后几十年都要在新加坡工作生活的话，这样的定时Bomb还是不让人放心的。

HDB flat buyers have to declare any interest or ownership in both local and overseas private property at the point of purchase, he said. Those guilty of false declarations shall be liable to a fine of up to S$5,000 or to imprisonment for a term up to six months, or both.

If the false declaration is discovered before completion of purchase, HDB can cancel the application. If discovered after purchase of the flat, HDB can compulsorily acquire the flat.

"For practical reasons, HDB adopts different approaches to check on private-property ownership in different countries. I am unable to disclose the details to avoid hampering HDB's enforcement work,"

因为你的小孩子属于 "Occupier"，最好确认一下。

居住者，但没有 listed in the resale application，也要受此限制么？
我婆婆持LTVP，也跟我们一起住，那她也属于occupier么，她在国内也有自己的家。
这个resale application 非要把所有家庭成员都列上去？
我就是没搞明白这点，所以不安。

你孩子多大了，国内未成年的孩子是不能上产权证的。

我刚搜到这条：未成年的孩子上产证，需要父母作为监护人上产证。
如果这样，父母已经无权处理那房产，是否还有资格买HDB？
