你太想当然了,我咨询过国内在房产管理部门的朋友,太容易查了,特别是政府公函委托的。国内各城市房产信息没联网,不过你的出生城市,曾经工作过的城市,只需查这几点就行了,没有人在自己没关系的地方买房子吧??
新加坡政府说了是抽查,真要靠运气的话估计也是很大可能查不到的,不过如果决定今后几十年都要在新加坡工作生活的话,这样的定时Bomb还是不让人放心的。
HDB flat buyers have to declare any interest or ownership in both local and overseas private property at the point of purchase, he said. Those guilty of false declarations shall be liable to a fine of up to S$5,000 or to imprisonment for a term up to six months, or both.
