Hi,
Sorry I need reply in English in order to type faster.
Human Resource basically has different job functions in a company.
In small company, HR Assistant will have to handle payroll, claims and compensation, training, hiring and other administration work.
In a bigger company, the jobs will be distributed by different departments in Human Resource, so it would be more specialized.
To start as a HR Assistant/HR Coordinator/HR Administrator,
you would probably need a Diploma in Human Resource OR Business Administration
This can be studied in many course providers in Singapore.
