请教签证的问题

申请sp，对方发给我一个in principle approve letter，里面说这封信已经包含了一个single journey visa。
原文如下：
This letter contains a pre-approved Single-Journey Entry Visa for entry to Singapore. To use it, the pass holder should produce a copy of this letter to the Duty Officer at the immigration checkpoint. If it is used, a fee will be charged upon extension of the Short Term Visit Pass prior to the Pass.

请假问题：
(1)有了这个，不用去大使馆办其他签证，直接去新加坡了吧？
(2) 按照原文意思，如果用这个single journey visa，还需要付费？要付多少钱呢？

30块吧，正式办证的时候付，不过这个是雇主付的
