看了下地图,BISHAN LOFT 距离地铁站仅800m, BishanPoint 就远多了,大概有2.5-3Km

根据作者的观点:都是跟组屋比。这种比较等与苹果和橘比。根本不成立。作者的主要观点是买EC不划算。具备的设施根本用不到。因为ec 的地价格卖给发展商低,还有用料不同。所以ec 价格相对低。不管是EC 或者是CONDO,地点最重要。BISAN LOFT 就是一个例子。
