想去找banker问贷款额度，需带什么文件？

请教各位达人。问题如上。

过去三个月工资单
所有的信用卡帐单
房贷车贷
去年的税单

现在可多了。

呵呵

1.       Endorsed Application Form (please complete pg 1 personal data and employment data for all borrowers and owners and sign on pg 3) and Declaration Form;

2.       Clear copy of NRIC (front and back) for all borrowers and owners and passport with address page (foreigners);

3.       Latest Notice of Assessment and 3 months computerized payslips (if there is variable or bonus component, latest 12 months payslips) accompanied with corresponding bank statement reflecting salary crediting;

4.       Latest 12 months CPF Contribution Statement obtainable online from cpf.gov.sg;

5.       HDB Statement reflecting no HDB flat or no HDB loan under all borrowers and owners name if you are taking more than 40% loan or exercised Option to Purchase for sold HDB;

6.       Option to Purchase;

7.       All credit card statements;

8.       All other outstanding loan statements reflecting outstanding loan amounts and monthly installments (e.g. car loan or personal loan etc)

信用卡账单有多有少，带哪个月？最近一个月的？

另外，还没有想好要不要买，买哪里更是无从谈起，哪里有option to purchase一说？我只是想去问问banker 会理睬我吗？

没有OTP，也可以，就说你要做个AIP。

不过这些资料都要给银行的。
