给HDB写appeal letter一星期还没有回复怎么回事？

给HDB写appeal letter一般多久他们会回复呢？ 如题，这里有有经验的人愿意来分享一下的吗？

跟进一下，已经一个星期了，他们就回复了这么一封邮件.  他们说他们有关注我的问题，然后如果需要更多时间的话会通知我。所以我现在只是等就好了吗？

是有关HDB政策的，因为自己有特殊情况所以想要appeal

我写信去SLA　LDAU基本上１周有消息。

薪水超过12k限制，appeal waive income，为了买EC 。前后差不多1个月时间。
