Position: Accounts Executive (AP& Fullset)
Salary: Up to $2500 (Depending on qualification & experience)
Working location: Central
Working hours: Mon - Fri, 09:00am - 06:00pm Responsibilities:
- Process payments and book entries, maintain proper filing of payment vouchers, and journals, ensure all records are in proper order.
- Perform bank and intercompany reconciliation, preparation of quarterly PIC claim and submission to IRAS
- Support month end closing and ad hoc tasks assigned
- Develop, implement and maintain systems, policies and procedures to ensure adherence to company guidelines.
- To perform any other accounting functions as assigned
Requirements:
- Min Diploma in Accountancy / LCCI equivalent with Min 1 or 2 years of working experience in the related field
- Experience in Microsoft Navision is an advantage
- Meticulous and diligent, able to work independently
- Proficient in Microsoft Applications
- You might be required to work overtime during closing/audit period in view of the high-volume transactions
- We are currently implementing new accounting system, you will be required to support our system implementation and upgrades
- Candidates who can start work immediately will be considered first.
- We are able to apply for SP/EP but you have to be available for work from 13th April 2017.
- You should be able to communicate/read/write fairly in English.
