Job:
• Focus on creative interior designing, from conceptualisation, developing architectural interior works, material documentation, specifications and guidelines interior facilities, until detailed construction and shop drawings.
• Evaluate functional space planning and design, architectural and detail coordination, interior materials design and selection, including selection of furniture, fittings, ironmongery, lighting and signage coordination, etc.

• Produce ideas and design concept to client in professional and interactive presentation

• Support and work with Project Operation Team and Sales Team.
• Propose of concept, schematic, provide detailed construction and shop drawings for projects.

Requirement:
• Diploma/Degree holder of Interior Design, or equivalent
• Minimum 3 years of commercial, residential, and office or equivalent interior project experience.
• Possess a holistic understanding and proficient knowledge of interiors, design concepts and practices
• Have a keen sense on aesthetics with high level of creativity, innovative thinking and problem solving
• Motivated individual with positive working attitude and able to work in a team
• Strong communication and presentation skills
• Proficiency in BIM, AutoCAD, Adobe Photoshop and Sketch-Up is preferred

• Possess up to date knowledge of trending FF&E

• Proficient in 3Ds Max 2015 with Vray, autoCAD 2015, Rhinoceros 5.0, Revit, or equivalent.

• Proficient in Adobe Creative Suites and Microsoft Offices programs
