Brief Introduction
Winning International Group was incorporated in Singapore in April 2010 as a comprehensive group company, comprises ship owners, comprehensive marine logistics, ship management, ship operating and leasing, resource development, alumina production and international trade. The company is headquartered in Singapore and provides services to customers around the world through branches in Beijing and Qingdao of China, Indonesia, Malaysia, Guinea etc.
Since 2014, Winning International Group and its partners are into Guinea involving in resource development, harbor construction, marine logistics business and establishment of resource channel between Guinea and China. The Guinea project is developing rapidly and firmly. In 2016, Winning has transported over 11 million tons bauxite from Guinea to China. In 2017, the annual shipping tonnage growth reached 38 million tons. Winning International Group dedicates to bring prosperity to Guinea and many more construction projects are in the pipeline. We would like to hire an Accounts Executive (Construction) for our Group Subsidiaries.

Accounts Executive (Construction)

Responsibilities:

Responsible for a construction company's full sets of accounts;
Responsible for daily operations of cash management;
Prepare timely and accurate daily / weekly / monthly cash reports;
Prepare and execute cash flow plan to meet company's business requirement;
Support continuous improvement effort in cash management;
Liaise closely with the project’s stakeholders;
Liaise with Auditors on preparation of annual financial statements;
Accurate and timely submission of income tax and GST returns;
Report financial matters to Financial Manager/CFO;
Other ad hoc duties;

Requirements:

Minimum 3 years accounting experience in construction industry;
Bachelor's degree / diploma holder;
Strong technical accounting knowledge, analytical skills and problem-solving skills;
Strong knowledge in construction costs and contracts;
Bilingual in Chinese and English, possess strong verbal and written communications skills;
Must be a team player and also be able to work independently with minimum supervision while demonstrating attention to detail;

Other Information:

5 days work week in central district;
Salary will commensurate accordingly to experience and qualification;
Able to commence immediately would be added advantage;
