众佳商务咨询有限公司，1999年 成立至今，分别在上海、广州、北京、新加坡拥有四家独资公司，公司规模400余人。目前公司主要在中国独家代理辉瑞制药（美国）原研进口处方药“欣母沛”和负责中国地区的学术推广工作。

新加坡分公司因应业务快速发展需要，现招聘一名财务助理。

工作要求：

• 1.   负责日常公司行政，财务会计工作
• 2.   负责审核账单，差旅报销，提交支付申请
• 3.   负责销售数据统计、分析、整理和汇报
• 4.   负责协助与中国分公司协调资金外来
• 5.   负责协助配合公司年度税务，审计工作
• 6.   负责协助资金管理，现金流管理，银行对账
• 7.   完成其它交办工作
  

职位要求：

• 1.   大专以上学历，会计或金融相关专业
• 2.   1年相关工作岗位经验者优先 （欢迎应届毕业生）
• 3.   熟悉中国国内财务准则，商业环境等优先
• 4.   必须能够流利应用中文与中国同事口语和书面沟通
• 5.   熟练应用各种办公软件，MS excel，word，ppt等
• 6.   只适合新加坡公民和永居申请

Your roles

• daily admin & accounting related tasks
• checking on bills, claims and submit for payment
• managing sales data and report to supervisor
• assisting in payment to the related company in China
• assisting in annul audit, tax computation & any related tasks
• managing cash flow, bank reconciliation
• other ad-hoc tasks

Requirements

• Candidate must possess at least Diploma/Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma in Finance/Accountancy/Banking or equivalent.
• Required language(s): Chinese is a must, to communicate with chinese speaking associates.
• Graduates are welcome to apply
• At least 1 Year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
• Candidate with prior experiences working in a Chinese firm will be preferred
• Proficient in  Microsoft Office
• Preferably Entry or Junior Level specialized in Finance - General/Cost Accounting or equivalent.
