尺价是相对来说别的新盘比较便宜, 但是便宜有便宜的道理。

这个价位段基本上就三个主要盘。

西部 whistler grand,

东部 treasure at tampines

东北部 the florence residences

都是贴近EC价位,或者最低位置的新公寓。

treasure 和 florence 两个楼盘基本上会是最近的销售冠军
