Roles & Responsibilities

Work with vendors (telecom operator and MVNO) and internal project team and be the Point of Contact between project team and vendors.
Collect internal product requiements and workout a solution with vendor.
Study capabilities of vendor and transfer them to project team.
Maintain and update documentation relating to project tasks and system configurations to ensure transparency across the internal project teams and vendors.
Ticket management (incident, service request & change) to trace the problem related to telecom service from different vendors.
Perform additional Telecom related duties as assigned.

Requirements

Degree in Telecommunications or related Technology curriculum preferred.
Experience within telecommunications and SIM card and IoT field was prefered .
Experience working in a high-pressure environment.
Experience supporting, maintaining and troubleshooting telecom systems (3G/4G technology, IOT systems).
Ability to read and interpret technical specification.
Good written & oral communication skills (Chinese and English).
Basic program skill (shell, java, python eg)
Travel and do on site test
