GST - Global Service Desk X1
Responsibilities:
·      Problem, and Service Request Management
·      Provide workarounds and solution based on Service levelobjectives
·      Ensure satisfactory customer services and prompt responsetimes to the requesters
·      Provide technical support over phone, email and hands-on

Desktop Engineer X 1
Responsibilities:

  • User Support - Assisting users in troubleshooting     daily systems issues on their PCs or laptops
  • Assisting users in performing technical support     which includes troubleshooting and maintenance of desktop, laptop,     servers, printers etc
  • Installation of software to desktops and laptops
  • Involved in PC deployment activities
Requirements:
·      Diploma in Information technology or equivalent
·      Minimum 2 - 3 years of working experience in providingend users IT support
·      Strong knowledge in Microsoft based operating systems
·      Good general knowledge in IT infrastructure such as LAN,WAN, Windows server, Active directory.
·      Good communication and interpersonal skills
Otherinformation:
·      Working location: Chinatown/other
·      Working hours:  Mondayto Friday,9.000am - 6.00pm
·      Good remuneration package
