Responsibilities:

• Process and handle finance transactions, including receivables, payables, receipts and payments (via trust receipt, cheque, Giro, letter of credit, petty cash etc)

• Bank transaction reconciliations and creditors reconciliations for Singapore entities as well as overseas entities (if any)

• Ensure accounting books are in compliance to accounting standards, GST regulations and  internal control procedures

• Quarterly tax filings to the relevant authorities

• Administer Payrolls for all employees.

• Assist with problem solving and provide solutions for workflow improvement

• Provide regular financial reporting to the management (such as COGS reports, profit margin reports for each product, etc)

• Other tasks assigned by the company

Job Requirements:

a) Qualifications

Diploma/Degree in Accountancy or any equivalent professional accountancy qualifications

b) Experience

Minimum 3 years of relevant working experience

c) Skills & Knowledge

- Hands-on finance functions and processes with problem solving skillset

- Familiar with accounting standards, taxes, best practices and other relevant rules and regulations

- Proficient in MS Office and ERP/IFCA system

d) Personal Qualities
