Responsibilities
- Provide functional and technical support on ERP System to internal and external stakeholders (support consultant role)
- Diagnose and resolve Level 1 and Level 2 hardware and software issues
- Work across teams to gather details of issues, escalate issue to Level 3 technical support team, and follow up until issue is resolved
- System testing and on-site support for upgrading projects
- Log and keep records of customer queries
Requirements
- Diploma / Degree in Computer Science, Accountancy or Enterprise Resource Planning
- Experience in ERP System - Finance and Supply Chain Management module At least 2 years of experience in the related field is required for this position, accounting knowledge is preferred
- Good communication skill, have a natural disposition towards providing excellent customer service and independent in taking ownership of solving issues
- Strong aptitude for learning new technologies, and willingness to learn
- IT Savvy
- Excellent team player and able to work in multitasking environment
- Proficient in written and spoken
