Responsibilities:
  • Take in allorder from customers locally and overseas and process them before handling overthe operations team
  • Ensurecustomer are constantly updated regarding their orders – progress or deliverystatus
  • Maintain agood relationship with courier to ensure smooth of delivery
  • Provide goodservice to new/existing customers to promote upline sales
  • Handlecustomers complain and ensure that all issues are addressed
  • Attend andresolve customers’ enquiries
  • Liaise withinternal stakeholders such as operations, sales team etc. for smooth operations
Requirements:
  • Diploma holderin any related discipline
  • Excellent interpersonal,written and oral communication skills in Mandarin and English as you need tocommunicate with Mandarin-speaking clients
  • At least have1-2 year of working experience in e-commerce or related field
  • Have priorexperience running online marketplaces
  • Proactive andable to learn new knowledge
  • Analytical,data-driven person with strong problem-solving skills
