Responsibilities: - Take in allorder from customers locally and overseas and process them before handling overthe operations team
- Ensurecustomer are constantly updated regarding their orders – progress or deliverystatus
- Maintain agood relationship with courier to ensure smooth of delivery
- Provide goodservice to new/existing customers to promote upline sales
- Handlecustomers complain and ensure that all issues are addressed
- Attend andresolve customers’ enquiries
- Liaise withinternal stakeholders such as operations, sales team etc. for smooth operations
Requirements: - Diploma holderin any related discipline
- Excellent interpersonal,written and oral communication skills in Mandarin and English as you need tocommunicate with Mandarin-speaking clients
- At least have1-2 year of working experience in e-commerce or related field
- Have priorexperience running online marketplaces
- Proactive andable to learn new knowledge
- Analytical,data-driven person with strong problem-solving skills
