Duties:

·        To provide professional recommendations of products and servicesto customers

·        To provide customized treatment and beauty consultations.

·        Deliver excellent customer service standards

·        Perform skin and body analysis

·        Work together as a team to achieve overall performance targets

·        Handling customer enquiries

·        To build and maintain good relationship with customers.

·        To provide Excellent and Follow Up Services towards customers.

Requirements

·        Experienced in a beauty salon / medical spa / aesthetics centre /spa

·        Prior knowledge in beauty treatments is a plus

·        Strong interpersonal communication skills

·        Well-groomed with a friendly personality

·        A team player and able to multi-task

·        Training and uniforms provided

·        A passion for the aesthetics and beauty industry

·        Positive working attitude, pleasant and cheerful personality

·        Friendly and caring towards customers

·        Good communications and interpersonal skills and serviceorientated

·        Able to work on weekends and public holidays

·        Able to speak English and Mandarin is an advantage to liaise withMandarin speaking customer
