1.负责数量清单和成本估算；
2.具备室内家具装饰和安装的知识，尤其是橱柜；
3.准备和解决合同索赔；并实施成本控制措施；
4.与供应商和供应商就报价和要求进行沟通/联系/谈判；
5.根据施工进度、付款的准备工作，提交和管理，并通过与施工团队密切合作评估变更订单；
6.评估和认证分包商的进度款项；
7.参加会议、准备中间估值和潜在的变更；

此职位至少需要相关领域3年的工作经验；
流利掌握中英文以进行沟通。

Responsible for quantity take off and cost estimation；
Equipped with knowledge about interior furniture decoration and installation, especially Cabinet.
Preparation and resolution of contractual claims; finalization of accounts; as well implementation of cost control measures；
Source / Liaise /Negotiate with suppliers & vendors on quotations and requirements；
Prepare, submit and monitor contractual claims in accordance to construction progress, milestone payments and evaluate variation orders by working closely with the construction team.
Evaluation and certification of sub-contractors' progress payments;
Attend meetings to capture all variation claims, preparation of interim valuations and potential variation works;
At least 3 Year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
Fluent in both Mandarin and English to communicate
