职位:客服人员 (电话中心)
薪金:$1800 - $2200 另加轮班津贴,绩效奖金
工作地点:新加坡东区
工作时间:每星期工作5天,24小时轮班制, 9小时一班
工作内容:
- Deliver highest standard of 24 hour one-stopcustomer service via phone 通过电话提供24小时的一站式客户服务的最高标准
- Handle customers’ enquiries on insurance'sproducts and services professionally 处理顾客询问有关保险产品和服务的专业
- Establish and maintain good relationshipswith customers 建立和维护与客户的良好关系
- Adhere strictly to the contact centerstandards and guidelines 严格坚持联络中心的标准和指导方针
- Manageand follow up customer enquiry/feedback/complaint effectively. 管理并跟踪客户咨询/反馈/投诉有效。

- MUST be able to communicate in Mandarin and English 能以英语和华语沟通
- Prior working experience in Call Center is an advantage 拥有在电话服务中心工作经验者拥有处理来电经验者优先考虑
- Good listening skill, able to assess customer needs and wants and identify appropriate solutions. 有良好的倾听技巧,能够评估客户的需求并找出相应的解决方法。
- Patient, pleasant, flexible, self-motivated, a team player with good communication and interpersonal skills. 有耐心,愉快的,灵活的,有上进心,有良好的沟通和人际交往能力团队精神。
- Must be able to work shifts, weekends and public holidays. 能接受轮班制,周末和公共假期工作
