3	Salary 薪金:	$1,200
4	Other allowance 其他津贴:	If the worker hit sales target between 75% - 100%, they will get 2% of overall sales (about S$400 per month) 如果工人达到75%至100%的销售营额，他们将获得总销售营额的2% （大概是S$400一个月） If the worker hit sales target more than 100%, they will get 2% plus S$250 Bonus incentives 如果工人达到超过100%的营业额，他们将获得2%再加上S$250的激励奖金
5	Working Hours 工作时间:	44 hours per week / 6 days work week 一星期工作时间为44小时/一星期工作6天
6	Probation period 试用期:	3 months 三个月
7	Annual leave 年假:	14 days for 1st & 2nd year 第一和第二年为14天 16 days for 3rd & 4th year 第三和第四年为16天
8	Medical leave 病假:	14 days per annum 一年病假为14天
9	Hospitalization leave 住院假期:	60 days per annum (including 14 days of medical leave) 一年住院假为60天（包括病假14天在内）
10	Medical benefits 医疗福利:	List of panel doctors provided. Patient card given to staff will entitle them to go on cashless visits. No claim is allowed for visitations to non-panel doctors. 公司会提供一张公司所规定的诊疗所名单。公司职员将获得医疗卡，员工只要在求医的时候出示医疗卡，就不用付诊疗费用。如果员工到公司规定的名单以外的诊疗所求医，公司将不会支付诊疗费用。
