JOB DESCRIPTION

Engineer/Sr. Engineer - Micro-electronics Engineering Dept

(One position – based on China)

Requirements

1. Bachelors Degree in Engineering from an accredited university or equivalent experience.

2. 3~5 years experience in the electronics manufacturing industry, international working environment preferred.

3. Good oral and written communication skills, both English and Chinese.

4. Experience in mechanical will be advantage

Job Description

5. Responsible for SMT, COB, PCBA and HLA (High Level Assembly) manufacturing equipment & processes required to manufacture a high quality electronics product.

6. Ensure the required technical support for all critical process is available for production.

7. Drive for continuous improvements in all related manufacturing processes and efficiency.

8. Communicate with customers (especially overseas in Europe/U.S.) effectively on technical issues, DFX, new product launches, and product quality improvement.

9. Determine capital equipment needs & development of the budget process for equipment, training, software, and equipment installation projects.

10. Can write good report ability(8D;DMAIC)
