Sep. 1996-July 2000, studied 4 years with Liaoning University of Petroleum and Chemical Technology, acquired bachelor’s degree in economics. Meanwhile, got second bachelor’s degree in law from Liaoning University.

Sep. 2000-Apr. 2003, acquired master’s degree in American & English Literature from Dongbei University of Finance and Economics.

Working Experience

July 2003-June 2014, working with Department of Legal Affairs, China Council for the Promotion of International Trade(abbreviated as CCPIT), dealing with Customs claims for both foreign and domestic companies from more than 70 countries globally.
