Application For Engineer / Quantity Surveyor - Building & Construction ( Full - Time) - Very Urgent!

Work Region: Singapore - East

Focus on the construction projects sgchineseapore, Building Construction is inculding major updating works.
Our company has an opportunity for a suitable candidate to join the Team as an Engineer / Quantity Surveyor.

Responsibility:
1. Assist with preparation of tenders submission and pre-tender pricing verification.
2. Prepare monthly progress claims and necessary cost analysis reports.
3.Timely preparation of Bill of Quantities.
4. Any other duties as assigned by your supervisors.
5. Assist Project Manager in procurement and subcontracting matters.
6. Other quantity surveying related duties.

Requirement:
1. Candidate can speak English and Mandarin language.
2. Minimum Diploma / Degree in Quantity Surveying in Building / Construction, Civil Engineering or equivalent.
3. With at least 1 year of relevant working experiences in Quantity Surveying in Construction Industry.
4. Knowledge in local market costing.
5. Willing to work 5.5 days and able to start work IMMEDIATELY.
6. Work hours: 9:00am - 6:00pm (Mondays to Fridays) / 9:00am - 1:00pm (Saturdays).
7. Salary from $2000-$2500 depending on qualifications and relevant work experiences.
8. Proficient in AutoCAD, MS Office, Excel and all relevant Microsoft software.
9. Good team player and adaptable to a dynamic environment.
