本人PR, 女，28岁，中国大专，专业是旅游英语, 现任职位是人事部高级主管，6年多的新加坡人事部工作经验，对人力部条例和雇佣法十分熟悉，英文读写流利，由于多年来在同一间工作，现在想要换个工作，希望公司环境好，薪水最好是2800以上。

我的工作负责新人的接待，签合约，人员辞职手续，帮外国员工申请各类准证，帮公司申请一些政府补贴，出一些公司的政策，条规，管理员工福利，还有其他的日常人事工作，只要是人事部做的，我基本上都有接触，如果哪件公司需要人事部的人员可以联系我，HP ，短信或电话，如果想对我了解多一点我可以发简历给你，谢谢。

另外，我周六周日，和拜一到拜五的晚上比较有空，可以做文秘，办公室方面的兼职，时薪最好9块钱每小时以上。

由于我住淡宾尼，所以公司地点如果在jurong, woodlands,非常远这种地方就不考虑了，谢谢。

Job ability:

1. Able to manage full spectrum of human resource functions, includingrecruitment, work men compensation & benefits, medical insurance, companyinsurance, employee relations, performance management, supporting payrolladministration;

2. Review HR policies, procedures & systems pertaining, HR Handbook, andall necessary HR duties;

3. Can independent process all work pass application/ Renewal and familiarall further procedure, include: WP, SP, EP, Dependent Pass, LOC, TEP, TWP, PEPand etc;

4. HR Administration including managing employee vacation tracking system,manage all business visa applications and maintain all personnel files, etc;

5. Ensuring all Human Resources policies and procedures are up to date and good understanding and knowledge sgchineseapore Employment Act and MOMregulations, conduct MOM survey.

6. Assist Manager/Director to handle WorkPro application and anyother government project, help company get more government funding;

7. Prepare letters of appointments, employment contracts, trainingagreement, confirmations, pay increment, promotions, termination, dismissal,disciplinary, company transfer, etc.

8. Conduct employee orientation and exit interview and other ad-hoc HR job.
