Why do they ask for receipt when there is no tarrif on digital cameras?

I thought after 2005, imported digital cameras are not subject to tax, but why do they ask for purchase receipt! [em43]



I am so confused now.

I sent that to a Chinese town, but it ended up trapped in the custom in a major city.
I was so foolish to put myself into a situation that I can't get out without encurring
some risk and cost. This is a badly planned business! [em03]
