因为在网上查到了LPR，我看好像现在没有这种类别了。因为在ICA上没有详细地介绍。所以前几天发信给SMC，他们没有正面的答复。感觉市场上现在只有SMC在做而已。独此一家。生意不愁。有人说当初LPR的出现时97香港回归而做得。SMC也没有回应。希望大家可以讨论讨论。[em01]

我给他们的信是Hi there, I found your business through Contact Singapore and am interested in getting more info as to the application for Landed Permanent Resident. Are you still doing LPR at present? Sorry for the doubt as I went through the Immigration website, Immigration and Checkpoint Authority, and there is no such a category under the PR. From the info gleaned from various sources, I had an impression that LPR was once desiged to attract resients in Hongkong 10 years back, is it alright? Please get back to me as soon as possible. Also I did come across the term of GPLR, which looks a bit different from LPR. Not sure of what it refers to? Please clarify it for me. Many thanks in advance. 这是他们的回复。Hi Jian, The GLPR is similar to LPR. Below is a brief description of Landed PR Scheme for your kind info. A foreigner may apply for an in-principle approval for Singapore Permanent Residence under the Landed PR if he/she is below 50 year-old and holds a tertiary qualification and not working in Singapore. One who meets the above requirements may submit an application through us for Immigration & Checkpoints Authority (ICA)'s consideration. Kindly note that the outcome of each application for Landed PR is carefully assessed and considered on its own merits by ICA. Hence, we are unable to assess one's chance of obtaining the approval. We collect a non- refundable processing fee. A Landed PR approval, if obtained, does not confer an applicant a PR status unless he/she could fulfil the condition stipulated by the ICA within one or two years' time. In most instances, the condition would be taking up employment in Singapore. This means that prior to fulfilling the condition, the status of a Landed PR holder in Singapore is that of an ordinary social visitor. Alternatively, one may wish to secure an employment and work in Singapore on a work pass basis. Kindly note that application of work pass is usually the formality to be completed by the prospective employer of a foreigner who has been offered an employment in Singapore. After sometime, one may apply to the ICA directly for consideration on permanent residence status. 沒有嗎? 可是好像有人是通過這個办來的呀, 真是暈了...不知道 LPR 和 PR 有甚麼不同?  還有說 LPR 不可以更新是甚麼意思呢? ...

我是没有试过. 不过我的好几个朋友都是通过SMC的LPR. 不过他们都不是中国的,都是印尼的 关键只要你的成绩好,大学知名度高,机率就高
