你应该问问酒店里的厨师，他们有的经常用的。

'Foie Gras' thats french, in english we simply called it goose liver haha. try carrefour, and that japanese supermarket at orchard. but they r rare in singapore market anyway, fingers crossed lol.look for the lable 'Bloc de Foie Gras de Oie' or 'Bloc de Foie Gras de Trufado'(this one with Truffles), these r the best you can get in the market here i believe and if u only use it with toast i will say thats a waste. try eat with Truffles and Port. and thats it. good luck with ur hunting.
