<strong>Loss of Disembarkation / Embarkation Card (Green Card)<br/><br/></strong>Where the Disembarkation / Embarkation Card or&nbsp;S Pass Card is lost, the Employment / S Pass holder may request&nbsp;a replacement card. 首先,你的EP丢失,应先报警,然后带着你的报警记录.你的护照.你之前的EP证件的复印件.跟你的雇主一起到劳工部补办一张EP,收费$30,一周后可以拿到新卡.
